Really early and nice oval pantry box with 2 finger laps on the bottom and one on the rim, facing the opposite direction.  

Possibly Shaker, but no community is identified.

Early hand made nails and wood pegs.

Ends of finger laps show some wear.

Paint is old, and possibly original

One nail split on the top,

A later paint job on the inside.
