Someone made this valuables box with a lock for Mary, and painted her name on the lid.

There is a pinecone on the front, along with 2 red curves. stars on each end (faded), and a gold flower on the back.

9" x 4 1/4" x 4 1/2" tall.

Very good condition - slight water mark on the left of the front, fading, no key, original paint, no warping.

Found in New Hampshire and dating from the 1840s or so,
